Lake Land College offers a taste of community classes at Lifespan’s Super Saturday

Partaking in a Lake Land College community course has never been so easy because on Saturday July 27, classes will be offered at the Lifespan Center’s Super Saturday event where participants can enjoy variety of culturally themed classes.
Sign up for Lake Land’s “Spanish for Travel” with instructor Jennifer Bryant. Learn the basics of the Spanish language, cultural differences, and safety travel tips. The fee is $12 and participants should register for CE-ENRC191-31571.
Or, enjoy leaning about German culinary delights with “German Heritage Cooking” taught by Marianne Rybicki. With over 25 years of international cuisine experience, Rybicki will evoke your taste buds with wiener schnitzel, German potato salad, and a home-made Ruehrkuchen “Bundt Cake” in order to create an interest in learning the essence of German Gemuetlichkeit (comfort and coziness). The cost for this course is $42 and participates should register for CE-HOME162-31565

In order to receive a refund you must drop the class five college business days in advance of the first class meeting. Please remember the college is closed on Fridays during the summer term.
