About the Library
| The Lake Land College Library is located in the center of the Lake Land campus. It provides Lake Land students, faculty, staff, and district residents with access to over 37,000 items (including books, audio and video tapes, CDs and DVDs); and 160+ periodical subscriptions. In addition to our local resources, the library provides access to the collections of 80+ libraries in East Central Illinois through LINC, our online catalog system. Beyond that, our interlibrary borrowing service, which is available to all Lake Land patrons, provides access to materials from libraries across the state and across the country.
The library also subscribes to a number of online databases, providing full-text online access to articles from over 20,000 periodicals and reference sources in art, business, biographies, law, medicine, music, news, and more. |
