Materials Purchase Request
Students, staff, and faculty at Lake Land College may request that the library purchase items that are consistent with our Material Selection Policy.
Submit your requests to Scott Drone-Silvers, our library director. He can be reached at 234-5338 or sdronesi@lakeland.cc.il.us. In your email request, please provide the following information:
- Your name
- Contact Information. Phone number and email address.
- College affiliation: student, staff, faculty, community member
- Item suggested for purchase. Please include as much information about the item as you can: title, author, format (book, journal, video, etc), publisher, date of publication, ISBN (or ISSN), etc.
- Reason for the library to purchase this item. List any courses, curricula, college department, or community population that will benefit from this purchase. Additionally, if you are recommending this item for a particular part of our collection (i.e. Reference, Reserves, Bestsellers, etc.), please let us know that as well.
