CEAD Council is a community based, not-for-profit corporation offering services to address chemical abuse, dependency and other therapeutic needs. ERBA is a Community Action Agency organized to administer grants and other programming for the target population of low-income citizens of all ages. SAFE provides confidential services for survivors of sexual violence, their families and friends. Addicts of drugs or alcohol can come to the Taylorville Police Department during all hours to ask for help. Drugs and drug paraphernalia can be turned in and the person WILL NOT be arrested or charged with a crime.
