IDOT – Refund and Classroom Policies

• In case of inclement weather, call 217-234-5285 and listen to information regarding classes.
• Tuition fees will be refunded under the following conditions:
  
  • 100% – if the class is cancelled by a College/Program Official.
  • 100% – if student/company cancels seat three(3) weeks prior to start of class. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and Fridays during the summer.
  • 0% – for withdrawals made after the respective drop period.
    • Final drop/transfer date is three weeks prior to the start date of the class. No refund/credit/transfer will be authorized
• No refund/repayment will be authorized for withdrawals made after the respective drop period. Additionally, no refund/credit/transfer will be issued for the following reasons:
  
  • A student shows up for class without proper prerequisites. Lake Land College IDOT Quality Management Training Program is not responsible for making sure a student has the proper prerequisites.
  • For non-attendance (“No-Show”). Students must complete the course in its entirety to sit for the exam.
