Admissions Representative

The Director of Adult and Alternative Education will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of the Adult and Alternative Education programs, including the administration of the Adult Education and Family Literacy (AEFL) Grant and the Truants Alternative and Optional Education Program (TAOEP) Grants. The Director has full authority to ensure that the project and institutional goals, with respect to the adult and alternative education programs, are met or exceeded and will be responsible for ensuring that all applicable grant guidelines are followed within the individual programs. Master’s Degree in Education, College Student Personnel, Guidance and Counseling, Educational Administration, Social Work, Psychology or other related field is required. Responsible for managing the information security team and security program to ensure that information assets are adequately understood and protected. This position is responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on information security risks in a manner that meets compliance requirements, aligns with, and supports the risk posture of the college. The position requires a visionary leader with strong skills in business management and a working knowledge of information security policies, processes and technologies to define long-term and short-term strategies and roadmaps. The Director of Information Security will proactively work with ISS peers and college leaders to implement practices that meet defined best practices for information security and information management. The Director of Information Security will also oversee a variety of IT-related risk management activities. Five (5) years of information security experience; Three (3) years supervisory experience.
