Madison previously worked as the Assistant Director of Admissions at the Ivy Tech in Lafayette, Indiana and her educational background includes attending Ivy Tech and then earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Human Relations) from Purdue University and her Master of Science in Adult Education from Indiana University. Madison has a desire to see students reach their full potentials and she always promotes the importance of being a life-long learner.

Fun Facts:

Every year Madison marks something off her bucket list and learns a new skill like: learning how to crochet, running three miles, making cinnamon rolls from scratch, completing her master’s degree, learning how to shrill whistle, and many more. This year’s goal is to skydive!

HI! My name is Olivia Koester and I am an Admissions Representative here at Lake Land College. I have the privilege to go to high schools and college fairs to speak with students about Lake Land’s dual credit program as well as continuing their education here at Lake Land College.I am a 2012 Lake Land College alumni. During my time at Lake Land, I was part of the softball team. Some fun facts about our team is we were the first Lake Land College softball team to make back-to-back appearances at the NJCAA tournament and posted the first-ever undefeated conference season! After Lake Land, I transferred out to Stony Brook University where I continued my softball career. At Stony Brook, I received my Bachelor’s in Health Science.

Since moving back from the east coast, I pursued my Master’s in College Student Personnel Services and currently like in Flora IL with my husband Andrew. When I am not working, I enjoy being out on the lake either floating around or wakeboarding. We have two black labs that also love the water! When it is too cold to be out on the water you can find me either cooking or struggling to run long distances.

Students, parents, and everyone in-between, always feel free to reach out with any questions you may have about Lake Land College! I always tell students I may not always have the answer, but I can put you in contact with someone who does! We look forward to helping you and GO LAKERS!
