Transcripts are a student’s complete academic record and may be obtained through the Admissions and Records Office.
Students must request copies of their official transcripts in writing. Students may fax or mail their request to the Admissions and Records Office, complete a request form in the Admissions and Records Office or at the Effingham Kluthe Center, or request an official transcript through the Internet Registration and Information System (IRIS). Unofficial transcripts can also be printed through IRIS. All transcript requests are free. If picking up the transcript in the Admissions and Records Office, a photo ID is required.

***The College reserves the right to withhold official transcripts of persons who have unpaid financial obligations to the institution. Transcripts being picked up may not be available during peak enrollment periods or at the end of the semester. Older records which may be archived will take longer to produce. Students will be informed at time of the request if there will be a delay.
