I spent the first 10 years of my professional career working in the retailing, directory publishing, telecommunications, and facilities planning fields. For the past 21 years, I have served as a business instructor and coordinator of management and marketing programs at Lake Land College. My interests include marketing research, product management, brand management, small business management, and employee relations.
