CHIEF INFORMATIONS OFFICER

Full-time, 12 month, Administrative position with Lake Land College. The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides leadership to the College in all areas (administrative and academic) related to Information Technology, Systems and Service.  The Chief information officer oversees the College’s information technology strategies and computer systems to ensure that they support the College’s goals. The CIO is responsible for streamlining operations by implementing relevant technologies, developing technological systems that will improve customer access, workflow and satisfaction, ensure system security in all respects and managing the information technology department.

Candidate must demonstrate competencies in microcomputers; multi-platform computer networks, data center management, business intelligence, educational related  programs, ERP and data warehouse systems; website system security and applications software in use at Lake Land College. (Colleague, Canvas and other systems. Ability to lead, motivate, supervise and develop employees. Excellent customer service, interpersonal communication and time management skills

Position will be open until filled.  For best consideration, apply by October 30, 2020. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field;   Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of eight to ten years of related work and a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience preferred. Starting pay is $90,449 plus experience.
