Action Plan Statement:
Update and operationalize Master Facilities Planning Document with Campus Architect

Strategic Project Description:
Conduct feasibility analysis on all existing campus buildings and develop a remodel/repair schedule based on most significant need.

Project Expected Impact
The College will be in compliance with ICCB but also have a road map for future needs of the campus in terms of building additions, remodels and repairs. It will be helpful to have a complete on-going list of building issues and repairs needed along with potential cost estimates.
