Action Plan Statement:
Operationalize a training plan to provide resources and guidance regarding effective communication, enhancing employee engagement and creating an inclusive environment.

Strategic Project Description:
Provide training topics each year for supervisors and all staff regarding effective employee engagement, communication, and inclusion - utilizing adopted definitions, related infographic and best practices.

Project Expected Impact
Increase awareness of acknowledging, valuing, and navigating differences between employees to develop a healthy work and learning environment Support and reinforce efforts of other strategic plan activities and projects related to incorporating inclusion for student success Support and collaborate with established inclusion committee to increase number and delivery format of training topics offered
