Action Plan Statement:
Operationalize a training plan to provide resources and guidance regarding effective communication, enhancing employee engagement and creating an inclusive environment.

Strategic Project Description:
Formalize training practices for college level duties and job specific duties.

Project Expected Impact
Enhance employee retention and engagement through skill training process that is consistent and creates a unified language to minimize differences in supervisory training methods. Creating a foundation for employee success through objective and consistent criteria used in assessing performance minimizing variances between supervisory staff. Increase employee perception that internal promotions or transfers are preferable to seeking employment elsewhere. Minimizing the reliance on previous job skills, credentials, work experience in determining qualified job applicants, for some positions. Increases eligible job pool by being able to provide training necessary to mitigate some job specific gaps at hire.
