Operationalize a training plan to provide resources and guidance regarding effective communication, enhancing employee engagement and creating an inclusive environment.

Strategic Project Description:
Broaden opportunities & scope for training to support culture of belonging for all employees.

Project Expected Impact
Employees are provided a variety of inclusive training topics from the point of hire throughout the employment life cycle. Increase diversity of staff demographics through implementation of inclusive hiring selection processes and job training processes. Support and reinforce other strategic plan activities and projects related to accessibility by integrating it into training material design.
