Strategy Information

Action Plan Statement:
Strategically engage with high school students during each year of high school to advise them on their specific academic and career goals and what paths at LLC are available to them.

Strategic Project Description:
Implement an Allied Health Recruitment Master Plan

Project Expected Impact
1. The impact is to increase enrollment. This will benefit the College, Community, and Business Partners. If we do not have students, we do not have anything else and everyone suffers from this. Increasing enrollment with AHD will also increase enrollment in other divisions as well due to required pre and co-requisites. 2. The impact is to retain students and make sure they complete what they started. This benefits the College and the student. (Why? – college has good evidence for HLC and ICCB, we get good PR for stuff like this. Students get good paying jobs and life costs money.) 3. The impact is to improve the livelihood of our students and community. IE: Completion of these programs will result in “life changing” opportunity for personal and professional growth. 4. The impact is that industry will have qualified applicants to meet their needs, which in turn, meets the needs of the community.
