Action Plan Statement:
Continue to develop clear pathways for students to transition from high school to Lake Land.

Strategic Project Description:
Collaborate with the Dean of Academic Operations and the director of Dual Credit to identify area high schools' need for dual credit courses and how we can make those opportunities accessible to them. Establish a collaborative framework/communication plan for high school students and staff to adopt and implement the pathways.
