Enhance the current process of Institutional and Academic Assessment for continuous improvement.

Strategic Project Description:
Taking Assessment to the next level. Advancing and improving Course Assessment, Program Assessment, Institutional Assessment, as well as General Education Assessment.

Project Expected Impact
Assessment needs to show value, improvements, and have meaning to the process. Outcomes should to be developed that can effectively be measured and implemented. We currently need improvement in using assessment results to improve student learning/experience to close the loop. Adding needed action plans to assessment will assist in this process. In addition, alignment to the strategic plan and Higher Learning Commission criteria will ensure quality level assessment for Lake Land College.
