Establish a College Values Task Force to review and modernize the College values and value statements that reflect the College community.

Task Force has summarized best practices and has garnered significant feedback from both employees and students for optimal College Values and Value Statements through the lens of DEIB.
Task Force has thoroughly vetted and reviewed all feedback from FY 2024 activities, including a review with the external agency/consultant that will be hired to assist assessing the College climate/culture for employee engagement, communication and inclusion.
Task Force has recommended updated College Values and/or Value Statements to the Cabinet.
Cabinet recommends the College Values and Value Statements to the Board of Trustees and College Community.
Board of Trustees adopts updated College values and value statements
