Establish departmental and divisional master plans.

Strategic Project Description:
Develop and disseminate a template for departmental and divisional master planning and train leaders on its usage.

Project Expected Impact
Leaders from departments, division, units and other working teams will be able to utilize a master planning template that helps their team members understand how their respective work roles supports the College’s mission and enables them to enhance both their short-term and long-term planning, identify future budget considerations, and optimize known succession planning.
