Promote appreciation of the College community.

Strategic Project Description:
Develop materials to enhance employee appreciation efforts (e.g. Helping Hand Cards, Thank You Cards, "Feather Grams")

Project Expected Impact
Employees will feel appreciated. Employees will have some tools to use to appreciate colleagues. Appreciation and engagement events will be held at the College.

2024 Resource Groups operationalized. 1,000 for $217 or 22 cents each – MPR will absorb the cost and employees will not have to pay for the cards. After year 1, we should have a baseline order quantity and price and I will request strategic initiative funds or a budget request in 2024 if needed.
