Strategic Project Description:
Create at least one KPI dashboard for each functional area of the institution as well as for any special initiatives throughout the Strategic Plan.

Project Expected Impact
Previous KPI’s have been very large cumbersome tables that require a lot of thinking and reviewing to know the current status. Defining and implementing KPI’s that can be shared with non-data gurus and the public are an important marketing tool.
