Action Plan Statement:
Annually enhance and/or introduce one to two CTE programs to ensure student and industry needs are met.

Work with IDOC and IDJJ leadership to study occupational needs.

Project Expected Impact
Students completing correctional CTE programs will improve employment outcomes and thereby improve overall recidivism rates for CTE participants in IDOC and IDJJ.
