Enhance and streamline program development and curriculum processes to be responsive to workforce needs.

Strategic Project Description:
Conduct DACUMs on a rotational basis for all CTE programs.

Project Expected Impact
Given the constant changes in technology, the skills and knowledge for many jobs are constantly changing. In order to keep the curriculum for CTE programs relevant with necessary skills and knowledge essential for success, DACUMs should be conducted and shared with program faculty on a regular basis. This will allow faculty and instructors to continually update and improve program curriculum and ensure the most important and relevant skills and knowledge necessary for students to succeed in their chosen occupations is included in curriculum.
