Action Plan Statement:
Create and promote contextualized general education courses to align student learning with relevant workforce expectations.

Strategic Project Description:
Explore developmental reading and adult education courses to provide students with additional opportunities to increase reading comprehension.

Project Expected Impact
Students with 5th grade or lower reading level will enroll in Adult Education Evidence Based Reading Instruction (EBRI), providing students with basic literacy skills before enrolling in for credit reading coursework.
