Expand apprenticeships and other work-based learning opportunities to meet student and employer needs.

Strategic Project Description:
Develop partnerships with local employers to support their employees as students in apprecticeships programs.

Project Expected Impact
Share information on apprenticeships, pre-apprenticeship and youth apprenticeships with school administrators, guidance counselors, CTE instructors and dual credit instructors. Create partnerships with ERCA and LIFT to engage educators and employers. Collaborate with CTE instructors and coordinators across campus to develop seamless pathways for student apprentices to achieve their educational goals while assisting local employer in meeting their employment needs.
