Create a partnership with local employers and social service agencies to expand ESL offerings in additional college communities.

Improve communication with area employers and social services agencies regarding ESL and GED support Increase diversity of adult education program Improve English literacy skills and communication for students who begin at low-literacy levels to career- or college-ready levels as well as employers Increase immigrant enrollment in English as a second language (ESL) courses, intensive English language (IEL), and other credit-bearing courses Apply for the ICCB Adult Education IEL/Civics grant
