Action Plan Statement:
Create a DEIB framework that aligns with ICCB and IBHE guidance to integrate into all aspects of the College.

Strategic Project Description:
Assess the leadership needs to evaluate and oversee the planning, implementation and ongoing efforts to enhance accessibility, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

Project Expected Impact
The College will benefit from the establishment of a framework for DEIB initiatives in order to ensure we are “committed to developing and maintaining an environment that embraces and actively supports diversity.” This framework will include plans for personnel, programming, and support in the DEIB area.
