Identify EAB Navigate functionality areas that affect RPC

Strategic Project Description:
Following EAB Navigate implementation guidelines, key departments will define their RPC efforts and identify functionality that will assist them to achieve current RPC goals.

Project Expected Impact
Through departmental information sharing on EAB Navigate functionality, we will keep updated and accurate communication that will help serve students. Ultimately, the impact will increase the RPC numbers.
