Madison Delks works with our adult student population. Any adult student who wants to pursue a degree, short term certificate, skill up for their current job, or go into a new career field can reach out to Madison, and she will assist them with the admissions process. Madison previously worked as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Ivy Tech in Lafayette, Indiana. Her educational background includes attending Ivy Tech and then earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Human Relations) from Purdue University and her Master of Science in Adult Education from Indiana University. Madison has a desire to see students reach their full potential and always promotes the importance of being a life-long learner.
Fun Fact: Every year Madison marks something off her bucket list and learns a new skill, like learning how to crochet, running three miles, making cinnamon rolls from scratch, completing her master’s degree, learning how to shrill whistle, and many more. This year’s goal is to skydive!
Olivia Koester works with our high school student population and can assist them with the admissions process. She has the privilege to go to high schools and college fairs to speak with students about Lake Land’s dual credit program as well as continuing their education at the College.
Olivia is a 2012 alum of Lake Land College and played on the softball team. After Lake Land, she transferred to Stony Brook University where she continued her softball career and received a Bachelor of Science in Health Science. She also holds of a Master of Science in College Student Personnel Services and currently lives in Flora with her husband, Andrew. When not working, she enjoys cooking, struggling to run long distances, and being out on the lake either floating around or wakeboarding.
Fun Fact: Her Laker softball team was the College’s first softball team to make back-to-back appearances at the NJCAA tournament and posted the first-ever undefeated conference season!

Pam Hartke works with our high school student population and can assist them with the admissions process. Ever since Pam was a student worker in the Admissions Office at Lake Land College, it has been her passion to assist students and parents in the college admission process.
Pam is a 1997 alum of Lake Land College with an Associate in Science in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and an Master of Science in College Student Affairs, both from Eastern Illinois University. Pam currently lives in Dieterich with her husband, Caleb, and daughters, Sloane and Saylem. During her free time, she likes to read and listen to audiobooks, loves being outside, and traveling.

Kim Hunter works with our international student population. Any student who wishes to pursue a degree, certificate, or course of study can contact Kim, and she will assist with the admissions process, as well as provide visa tips. Kim also assists students during the transition into American culture.
Kim previously worked as the Intensive English Language instructor at Lake Land College. Before that, she worked with the Oral English Proficiency Program at Purdue University. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Literature from Eastern Illinois University. Kim has a passion for working with international students and second language learners, and prides herself on being accessible to students, whether they are potential students or those who currently attend Lake Land College.
Fun Facts: As expected, Kim has traveled to many countries in the world, which has fostered a love for a variety of cultures. She lives in a rural area with many cats, a dog, and her son, who she is trying to teach to use chopsticks.
