Student Email FAQ

How do I access my email?

Access your Laker Mail within the Laker Hub

What is my email address?

Your e-mail address is your IRIS ID followed by @lakelandcollege.edu
Example: If your IRIS ID is jdoe123, your e-mail address will be jdoe123@lakelandcollege.edu

What is my username?

Your user name is your IRIS User ID

What is my password?

Your password is your IRIS password. Resetting your IRIS password resets your email password automatically.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

First make sure you don’t have your “cap locks on”, we see this often when people call with password problems.

If this doesn’t resolve the problem, you will need to call (217-234-5261) or stop by Information Systems and Services in the basement of the Learning Resource Center on Campus.

For your protection you will be required to present a valid picture ID.
