EVENT INFORMATION

Lake Land College is pleased to announce it will be honoring graduates at the Lake Land College Spring Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 16 at 6 p.m. The ceremony will recognize Summer 2024, Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and Summer 2025 graduates. View photos from the graduation ceremonies.

The Field House doors will open at 5 p.m. Due to limited seating in the Field House, admission will be limited to only those guests with a wristband. Each graduate will receive a specific number of wristbands to share with friends and family. Overflow seating will be available in the Luther Student Center Theater and Foundation & Alumni Center on a first come, first served basis. Reserved seating is unavailable; however, to ensure that guests with accessible seating needs are accommodated, guests can complete the Accessible Seating registration form. The deadline to submit the accessible seating registration form is May 12, 2025.

The ceremony will be live-streamed online from the college’s homepage at https://www.lakelandcollege.edu. Those in the Luther Student Center Theater and the Foundation & Alumni Center will be able to watch the live stream on large projector screens. A recording will also be available on YouTube and local cable channels in the following days.

Important Dates for Graduates

March 21
Deadline to apply for graduation.

April 15
Deadline for students to measure for cap and gown. Measure online in your Laker Hub account.

May 15
Commencement practice at 3 p.m. in the Field House.

May 16
Nursing Pinning – 10:00 am
John Deere Tech Luncheon – 12:00 pm
Dental Hygiene Ceremony – 2:30 pm
Field House doors open – 5:00 pm
Ceremony begins – 6:00 pm. Celebrate your accomplishments!
