The Vibe members are recognized as student leaders within the Lake Land College community and are expected to act accordingly at all times. While Marketing & Public Relations (MPR) does not want to infringe upon the lives of team members, The Vibe members are expected to make appropriate decisions, as their decisions may impact their abilities to be good role models. As a Vibe member, you will agree to follow the College’s social media guidelines, The Vibe Morality Code and FERPA and College Board of Trustee Policies. Demonstration of actions that could taint their roles as student leaders and role models may in termination from the group. If a member of the MPR team deems a social media post as inappropriate, that member will contact the student and request that the post be removed or the action be addressed. Failure to remove the post automatically revokes a student’s participation in The Vibe.
