Lake Land College will enable students to fit education within their active work and personal lives. We will streamline enrollment processes and technology, provide customer-centric schedules and learning options, and facilitate access to comprehensive support services.
Commitment to Success
In developing and implementing plans to meet the strategic objectives, we are committed to operating within the Lake Land College values and the following framework of accountability.
- We will center plans on the voice of student-customers, current and prospective.
- We will identify key metrics for every plan to measure and assess success, and drive continuous improvement in meeting the strategic objectives.
- We will commit resources, human and financial, to the implementation of plans.
- We will engage employees and regularly convene team leaders to communicate progress, promote awareness, and capture feedback among the college community.
- We will remain disciplined, yet nimble, in our planning and decision making to remain relevant within the rapidly changing environment.
