Student Achievement Measure #1: Graduate success on the licensure examination
Expected level of achievement: At least 80% of Lake Land College Nursing graduates will pass the NCLEX exam on the first attempt (calculated by calendar year from Illinois Department of Professional Regulation data sheets).
Associate Degree Nursing (2020 first time testers)
NCLEX-RN first-time pass rate 85%.
Practical Nursing (2020 first time testers)
NCLEX-PN first-time pass rate 92%.

Calculated 1 year after expected completion to include 150% time.
Associate Degree Nursing(2019 Graduates)
Expected level of achievement: At least 75.5% of students who begin Lake Land College Associate Degree Nursing program will complete the course of study within 150% of program time.

Practical Nursing (2019 Graduates)
Expected level of achievement: At least 70% of students who begin Lake Land College Practical Nursing program will complete the course of study within 150% of program time.

Expected level of achievement: At least 90% of Lake Land College nursing graduates seeking employment will obtain employment as an LPN/RN within 6-12 months after graduation.
