Faculty statement/Why do you like teaching at Lake Land College?

I believe that the most important aspect in teaching is to make the subject matter meaningful and attainable. By the end of the course, I want students to be able to answer their own question “When am I going to use this?” and know that their coursework in mathematics lead to something of value.
