Secondary Education-Physics (AS.SCED.PHY)

Science Education prepares the student to transfer to a senior institution with a major in science education in secondary education with an specialization in Physics.

GEN	ENG-120	Composition I ENG-120 Composition I Students develop a writing process by reading and analyzing texts that illustrate various rhetorical strategies as well as writing, revising and editing short essays. CORE	MAT-241	Analytical Geometry and Calculus I MAT-241 Analytical Geometry and Calculus I Differential and integral calculus of elementary functions of one variable, such as polynomial, rational, radical, trigonometric, inverse trigonometric, exponential and logarithmic functions, will be covered. Social, historical and philosophical foundations give perspective to an examination of current issues, policies and trends in the field of education, including cultural diversity.
