Advanced Welding (CRT.AWEL)
The advanced welding certificate develops students' competency necessary to seek higher levels of employment or continue into the associate in applied science in welding. In this certificate, students will gain more practice in skill sets with out-of-position welds, such as vertical and overhead, using techniques common to industrial maintenance, including aluminum, stainless steel, GTAW, SMAW and GMAW processes along with pipe welding.Program requirements may change over time. Specific degree/graduation requirements are determined by a degree audit.
