Choices Mobile Medical Unit

Choices exists to serve women primarily, but also men and families by meeting the various needs they encounter in an unplanned pregnancy with a holistic approach. Choices is dedicated to providing a warm & safe environment to everyone, regardless of age, race, income, nationality, religious affiliation or circumstance. There are no fees or charges. Medical Services: Medical services are provided in accordance with all applicable laws, in accordance with pertinent medical standards, by a licensed medical professional, under the supervision and direction of a licensed physician. . Pregnancy Testing . Pregnancy Verification for WIC and Medicaid . Limited OB Ultrasound ? Other Important Services: Services are provided by client advocates. Client Advocates are not professional counselors but are trained in pregnancy options consultation. . Pregnancy and fetal development information . Medically accurate education on abortion procedures, side effects & risks* . Peer-counseling and emotional support . Childbirth and prenatal education . Parenting and Life Skills instruction . Material items for mother and baby . List of local physicians for prenatal care . List of other community agencies/services .
