This course is designed to train the Commercial Driver that intends to operate a commercial motor vehicle used in the transportation of hazardous materials.  Drivers or trainees seeking the H endorsement on their Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) must complete this curriculum to take the state administered knowledge test for the H endorsement.

Course Overview

• Online: 8 Hours, covering  HazMat requirements, Reporting, Route requirements, Loading and Unloading, HazMat on Passenger vehicles, Bulk Packages, Emergencies, and vehicle requirements.

Requirements

• Holds a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or Commercial Learners Permit (CLP) in any state
• Must be over 21 years old for interstate commerce
• Must be 18 years old for intrastate (in state only)
