- information on financial resources to assist with the cost of college

- Can I apply to and attend Lake Land College if I am undocumented or not a U.S. citizen?
Yes, regardless of your immigration status we are happy to have you as a student at Lake Land College. - How can I pay for school if I am an undocumented student?
Undocumented students do not meet eligibility for Federal Financial Assistance but they can apply for the Illinois MAP grant courtesy of the Retention of Illinois Students and Equity (RISE) Act and Alternative Application for Illinois Financial Aid. You must still meet eligibility requirements. Community Colleges are subject to the limitations of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), which restricts the sharing of student records, as defined under FERPA. - What if I don’t have a state issued driver’s license, can I still get a student ID?
