How do I find what classes are available?
Search for classes in your Laker Hub through the Navigate button or Student IRIS > Schedule Courses/Registration > Course Catalog. Prospective students can search through the online course schedule.
How do I drop/withdraw from a class?
Drop/withdraw from classes in your Laker Hub by clicking the Navigate icon or through your Laker Hub> Student IRIS > Schedule Courses/Registration > Schedule Courses/Registration. If you drop a class prior to the published refund date, you will not be charged for the course. After the refund date, you can still withdraw from a course until the withdrawal deadline. Tuition and fees apply.
Where can I get a verification of my application?
You may request a verification of your application in your Laker Hub > Student IRIS > Transcript Request > Application Verification Request.
Where can I view my class schedule?
View your class schedule in your Laker Hub by clicking on the Navigate button.
Where can I get academic advising?
If you are seeking a degree or certificate from Lake Land College, academic advisement is required prior to registration each semester. Visit the HUB to find your advisor and their contact information
How do I register for classes?
After you complete academic advisement for the upcoming semester, you can register for classes by clicking on the Navigate button in your Laker Hub or in your Laker Hub > Student IRIS > Schedule Courses/Registration > Schedule Courses/Registration.
What happens when your account is blocked?
You will not be eligible to register for classes, print your textbook list, or acquire a transcript if you have a past-due balance on your account and have not established a payment plan or have not completed academic advising for the upcoming semester. You can check your account blocks in your Laker Hub > Student IRIS > Financial > View Account and Make Payments.
How do I get my textbooks?
To pick up your course materials at the Laker Nest Bookstore, you must have your Student ID card and textbook list. Print your textbook list from your Laker Hub > Self-Service > Academics > Print My Booklist. View your currently rented textbooks in your Laker Hub > Student IRIS > Schedule Courses/Registration > Textbooks Rented.
