During your three year venture in the program, you will gain valuable laboratory skills and clinical experience. The Lake Land College Nursing program is among the top three in the state. The Associate Degree in Nurse program is for those interested in becoming an RN or Registered Nurse. As an RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of medical settings: hospitals, surgery/outpatient clinics, long-term care, home health, public health departments, schools and physician offices.
Upon completion, you will be eligible to apply for the RN licensing exam (NCLEX-RN).

The Associate Degree Nurse is a Special Admission program that request interested students to plan ahead.
A required Nursing Admissions exam is offered the first Friday of September, October, November and December.

Upon completion, graduates are eligible to apply for the PN licensing exam (nCLEX-PN). LPN’s can bridge to the ADN program (requires a bridge course and one additional year of coursework).
