Automotive Technology (AAS.AUTO)

Learn how to maintain heavy machinery with the Automotive Technology program. This degree will help you gain entry-level skills needed by technicians in the automotive industry. You will gain valuable hands on skills that can build your confidence and knowledge needed to be successful. The curriculum is designed to prepare you for ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification. Instruction is provided by ASE certified instructors in a shop/lab that is equipped with modern equipment.

Program Options

All of the courses in the Auto Mechanic I certificate program count toward the two-year degree program in Automotive Technology.

Lab manual expense is approximately $400. A list of recommended tools can be obtained from counselors or automotive instructors.
