What is the Purpose of the PATH Grant?

PATH grant logo.The PATH Grant was created to address the shortage of workers in the healthcare industry that was exasperated by the COVID-19 pandemic. This grant creates, supports and expands the opportunities of individuals in nursing and other select healthcare pathways by giving individuals the opportunity to earn credentials and degrees to enter or advance in their careers in the healthcare industry.

 

Who is Eligible?

Lake Land students who maintain good academic standing in the following majors:

  • Associate Degree Nurse
  • Practical Nursing
  • LPN-ADN Bridge
  • Basic Nursing Assistant
  • Emergency Medical Services
  • Paramedical Services
  • Additional Health Services majors may qualify

What Help May be Available?

  • Tuition reimbursement options
  • Assistance with the cost of licensure and testing fees
  • Tutoring services

  • Need help studying for an exam?
