Welcome Week 2026 Schedule of Events

Lake Land College will celebrate the start of the new school year by hosting Welcome Week, an event designed to help new and returning students settle into life at Lake Land and prepare for a successful year.
Welcome Week will begin the week before classes start and continue into the first week of the Fall semester.
Welcome Week will include a combination of fun and informative activities, including campus tours, information tables, games, giveaways and food trucks. The activities are designed to help students familiarize themselves with life at Lake Land as they meet with staff and faculty, make new friends, discover helpful resources, pick up their textbooks and familiarize themselves with campus.
Tuesday, August 18
Book Pickup (Special Admissions and Athletics Only)

Bring your booklist by the Laker Nest Bookstore to pick up all the textbooks you’ll need for the Fall 2026 semester! Learn more about printing your booklist.
Magoody’ Coffee Truck

Swing by the Magoody’s Cofee Truck to check out their menu of handcrafted drinks for all ages, including lattes, energizers, smoothies, chai, lemonade, slushies, boba, iced tea and more!

See everything our campus has to offer and locate your classrooms with a guided tour led by fellow students! No need to register – just stop by the Student Success Center in Webb Hall or visit their table in the Luther Student Center to begin your tour!
