Student Requirements for the Dual Credit Program

• Must have a high school and Lake Land College GPA of 2.0 or ‘C’ average
• Must complete a Laker Profile first
• Must complete a Dual Credit Intent to Enroll
  
• Must submit ACT/SAT or Accuplacer scores to the Lake Land College Admissions and Records office and meet the minimum score cutoffs if enrolling in math and/or English courses
• Are responsible for any bills they acquire by registering for dual credit courses

Login

Virtual Machine

• You will login to your Virtual Machine(VM) off-campus here: https://viewportal.lakelandcollege.edu/
• You can find instructions on how to install VMware Horizon onto your device in this PDF: Installing the VMware Horizon Client.
• Username is first part of your Laker email (letters and numbers) before the @ symbol.
• Initial password to the computer or Virtual Machine(VM) is their initials(capitalized) + 6 digit birthdate + !
• Example:  John Doe, born 07/04/1980.  His password would be JD070480!

HUB

• You will login to the HUB here: https://lakerhub.lakelandcollege.edu/
• First, you will have to authenticate through a Microsoft sign in
• Username is your full Laker email address
• Initial password is just your 6 digit birthdate.

• After you have authenticated, you will be redirected to the Laker Hub login screen
• HUB username is the first part of your Laker email (letters and numbers) before the @ symbol.
• Initial password for your Laker Hub is just your 6 digit birthdate.
• Example:  John Doe, born 07/04/1980.  His password would be 070480.

Canvas and Email

• You will login to Canvas here: https://lakeland.instructure.com/
• You will login to your Email here: https://outlook.com/lakelandcollege.edu
• Username is full Laker email address.
• Initial password for Canvas and Email is your 6 digit birthdate.
• Example:  John Doe, born 07/04/1980.  His password would be 070480.
