If Student B did not recertify his ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician Grade 1 certification by April 2023, he must do so by December 2028 (as original PCC I cert date of 2018 falls in Phase 5) to keep his PCC I certification current. If he does not meet this deadline, he will be required to take the full CET-030, PCC Level I course again.

Note 1 – The Mixture Aggregate Technician Certification will not expire; however, the Mixture Aggregate Technician Upgrade certificate will, and those individuals will need to take the RCT 021 Course to renew their certificate.

Note 2 – The IDOT certification in PCC Level I will not expire, unless a student fails to maintain their ACI certification. The ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician-Grade 1 certification must be maintained. If this student fails to recertify, they will then be required to retake the full PCC Level I course (CET-030).
