IDOT – Refund Policy

Tuition fees will be refunded under the following conditions:

• 100% – if the class is cancelled by a College/Program Official.
• 100% – if student/company cancels seat four (4) weeks prior to start of class.
• 0% – for withdrawals made after the respective drop period.
  • Final drop/transfer date is four weeks prior to the start date of the class. No refund/credit/transfer will be authorized

No refund/repayment will be authorized for withdrawals made after the respective drop period. Additionally, no refund/credit/transfer will be issued for the following reasons:

• A student shows up for class without proper prerequisites. Lake Land College IDOT Quality Management Training Program is not responsible for making sure a student has the proper prerequisites.
• For non-attendance (“No-Show”). Students must complete the course in its entirety to sit for the exam.
