Paying for College

After you receive your visa from the government, you will be required to pay a deposit to Lake Land College in the amount of $5,250 at least one week before classes start, which is the first day of orientation. Payment plans are not available; however, you can pay in increments as long as all payments are received by the deadline.

If you arrive to campus and have extra fees or tuition that exceed this deposit, you will be required to pay that amount immediately. If your deposit is not received and you cannot pay the week before classes start, you will not be allowed to register for classes and your I-20 will be terminated. This plan has been put into place to help students avoid outstanding balances and focus on their academic journey with confidence and financial stability.

Payments Accepted:

  1. Direct Deposit
  2. Wire Transfers
  3. Checks

Credit Cards* (Fees may apply)

Expenses

Tuition and fees for an international student are $499.54 per credit hour.
*The Board of Trustees reserves the right to change tuition and fees without notice. Federal financial aid is not available. Once enrolled at Lake Land College, international students are eligible for scholarships available to all students through Lake Land College Foundation.

Estimated Annual Expenses
Tuition and college fees (for 24 credit hours; full academic year) $12,000
Living Expenses $6,000
