Strategic Direction Launch 2025

In Fall 2025, Lake Land College unveiled a new Srategic Plan centered on the motto of “Education that Fits Your Life.” The strategic direction sets Lake Land on a course that builds on our rich history, listens to feedback and research from stakeholders and embraces the challenges of the future.

The initiative places an emphasis on flexible class options, streamlined enrollment processes, comprehensive support services and student-centric course scheduling that enables students to fit education within their active work and personal lives.

The plan is rooted in our Mission, Vision and Values, centered on the voice of student customers, driven by data, backed by resources, accountability and openness and built upon collaboration and engagement. It is nimble and adaptable as projects grow, data tells stories and synergy drives innovation.

Lake Land College will draw from its strengths of caring, quality education, excellence, our commitment to each other, our students, and our community to fuel our work on the new strategic direction to build a bright future for our students and the communities we serve.
